Quality Objectives
1. To reduce the delay in delivery of the material from suppliers to not more than 2 case per month.
2. To reduce the number of customer complaints to not more than 3 cases per month.
3. To reduce the delay in delivery to customer order to not more that 2 cases per month.
4. HR to identify the training needs at least 1 course per month for the further improvement of the employee\s skill and
job knowledge.
5. To conduct a monthly staff meeting with all the departmentl head to gather their feedback and suggestion for
continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
